Place highball glass in freezer to chill (optional) Fill mixing tumbler with ice. Add in 1 ½ oz rum (2 oz of rum if using club soda instead of champagne) Add in 2 oz champagne or club soda. Add in 2 oz Lemon Juice. Add in 2 oz Simple Syrup. Pour from tumbler into highball glass. Garnish with lemon wedge.
