This Trader Joe's shepherd's pie is made with beef, gravy, vegetables and mashed potatoes, and is super filling and rich dish. This has been around at TJs in some form for many, many years, and has changed a bit over the last few. It's not the best tasting beef shepherd's pie I've ever had, but it does have a lot healthier ingredients.
