Rhubarb fritters are such a go-to recipe this spring! Only if you are a fan of rhubarb, of course ;). Make sure to sprinkle with icing sugar before serving. Ingredients for four servings: 125 ml milk; 2 large eggs; 2 Tbsp sugar; 30 g butter, melted and cooled; 1 tsp vanilla extract;
