Likely YDNA Haplogroups for Surnames in my Tree Dana’s Genealogy

Is there a project for R-L2. I've been looking at the L21 Group, and they have some good feedback, suggestions, and general help. Just wondering if the same exists here for R-L2 (or maybe at Yahoo etc.. although again, can't find one there).. I checked the list of yDNA haplogroup projects for an R-L2 project. There is none.
