I completed 7 heroics 23 mythics and 10x PVP islands (most victories), and so far i got the parrot pet (poro) twice, in heroic and mythic win, and two voldun rep item, in mythic win. Pets are like 5% chance to drop, and some of them probably only drop from specifics islands, considering no one is selling in AH or report any drop in wowhead.
