This refreshing papaya seed dressing is so simple and delicious over crunchy, crisp lettuce. It's full of flavor (without added fillers).. (like many papaya seed dressings out there). The seeds of papayas are peppery and almost work like ground peppercorns. Simply toss everything into a blender and enjoy. Ingredients. 1 tablespoon papaya.

Scoop the seeds out of a fresh papaya directly into a food processor or blender. (You don't have to rinse them off; a little bit of extra papaya juice and pulp will only enhance the flavor of the dressing.) Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse for 2 minutes to thoroughly combine. Blend until the papaya seeds are completely pulverized.
