Leond January 5, 2022, 7:11pm 1 Here are some pictures (Thanks @drbytes ) The protocol used is not the standard Tuya protocol. Impossible to integrate it in Home assistant via Tuya. It was possible to use Tasmota but you had to parse the serial commands in Home assistant. It's easier in ESPHOME uart_read_line_sensor.h

All information applies only to Home Assistant 2021.04.0+ and Tasmota 9.4+. This guide assumes you've correctly set up Tasmota on your Tuya heater device and the Tasmota integration in Home Assistant as well as knowledge of TuyaMCU related terminology (fnId, dpId, Enums, TuyaSend, etc). Tasmota device used in this guide was a Bornholm heater.
