Marathias beach is a long, wide, sandy beach located in the south west of the island with a picturesque setting surrounded by olive groves and a mountain backdrop. We were staying in Corfu town for two nights before returning to the UK and were looking for a really good beach to spend the last 2 days of our holiday.
