Long Day

This is normal! The best way to start your Whole30 is to ease into it. Start with simple meals that you know you'll enjoy, and be sure to have some snacks on hand in case you get hungry between meals. On days 2-3 you may feel like you're having a hangover. This is where the real work begins.
