DANG GOOD PIE : 1 stick butter 1 1/2 c. sugar 3 eggs 2 1/2 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. well drained crushed pineapple 1 c. shredded coconut 1 deep dish pie crust, unbaked. Melt butter. Add sugar, mix well. Add eggs, one at a time. Add all else. Mix well. Pour into unbaked crust. Bake 45-50 minutes or until center is solid.
