Maybe it's me. I tried to grow herbs using a Chia herb set a while back, and it was my fault they didn't work out. (I over-trimmed.) But with this set, the dill and basil aren't growing as they should, even with full sunlight, water, and little plastic bags over them to create a terrarium effect.
